Nokia 7380
Nokia 7380 uses GSM technology comes with blue tooth support and no keypad. The text and number entry is done using a spinner wheel. It is well balanced with a decent camera, a radio player and even Bluetooth.
The device has no keypad, but just a wheel spinner to select numbers, a very painstaking operation. Number voice dialing which dictates names and number would have done the phone a big favor.
Other than that, it has a great crocodile skin leather back cover; the front is a full mirror that reveals the display only when you use it. The VGA camera is good and sound quality is surprisingly good enough for such a small design, both in handset and speakerphone mode.
Text entry is a challenge without a keypad but the method they developed at least brings up the most likely letters first to make things faster — but it occasionally fails. Yet, the Nokia 7380 is for people who need to be stylish at all expense.
This phone has a smaller weight than usually perceived, works on GSM, an effect and very important feature especially when you travel overseas frequently. It can store up to 1000 phone book entries.
The Nokia 7380 in comparison with phones wins over them on features like; the lightest weight has a higher resolution camera and a capacity to store more contacts in the built-in phonebook.
This phone delivers great quality where there is coverage. The lack of quality has nothing to do with the phone itself .its again very user friendly phone however because of the small design and portability the buttons are more sensitive.
Use your keypad lock with this phone or you may end up with a high bill because of calls dialed in error. Battery life is awesome even considering the amount of time spends using the phones GPRS internet services. the bottom line this device is great among the so called stylist users.
